¿Qué debemos entender por el delito electrónico?
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to offer understandable information, based on which the subject related to "Electronic Crime" can be understood. Punishable behavior, sophisticated in its manner and mechanisms, requires basic knowledge of systems and/or electronic devices. It has expanded, worldwide, to such an extent that in 2001, in the European Community (EU), several Member States met in the city of Budapest (Hungary), with the purpose of creating a legal tool against this illegal behavior. Thus, the "Budapest Convention on Cybercrime 2001" was born. Of course, this has been ratified by several States, including Colombia, in 2018, through Law 1928, entering into its legislation. But in advance, since 2009, it had been enacted, the (Law 1273 of 2009), established rule, to investigate and punish this crime.
