This article based on the identification and definition of labor and salary compensation in organizations that influence their productivity. The main objective is identify the importance of salary compensation and its relationship with the productivity of its employees. Using a descriptive and qualitative methodology in which three phases of analysis developed, such as the collection of information through secondary sources, identification of incident factors in workers compensation and the analysis of current trends for the establishment of wage and labor allocation systems. This made possible identify that the remuneration systems of organizations or companies must guarantee staff motivation and professional growth through incentives directly proportional to the work performed by each of their workers: higher productivity, higher remuneration. The foregoing allowed to conclude that labor compensation does have a positive influence on the development of the work obligations of the staff and productivity, since it allows to objectively determine how and what is the correct salary allocation as well, as to enable the establishment of incentives or strategies and monetary nature that allow maximizing productivity levels.
