As we well take into account divorce is the dissolution of the marriage bond, since, for different reasons, the couple considers it necessary to end their marriage relationship, in the civil code we find nine grounds for divorce, but none of them refers to Is it Is it possible to adjudicate the lack of loving feelings as a valid reason for divorce? In the following work I will refer to this issue. Divorce and the cessation of civil effects of the Catholic marriage, with dissolution and liquidation of the conjugal partnership.
