What is sought with this project is to publicize the different ways as it has been affecting the assets of Colombians due to the handling of debit and credit cards, as well as social networks linked to the financial sector. Could it be that in Colombia the authorities have not prepared enough, in the face of the growth of technology? Or it will be that hackers, go further than the institutions themselves, there being a detriment of the patrimony of the Citizens. To be able to develop these questions, it is necessary through documentary channels, to support everything that generates a sea of doubts in Colombia today and that has both private and public entities trying to overcome for this real challenge, demanded by modern society. In Colombia there are regulations applicable to the protection of data that are regulated by different regulations such as Law 1581 of 2012, Law 1273 of 2009, Law 1377 of 2013, and that somehow generate a framework for the protection of the rights of The cybernauts, from the same international laws, which were taken by the Colombian Congress, to provide a necessary way of shielding both data, information and the patrimony of natural and legal persons, which in their eagerness to circulate in the world of internet, they are exposed to their accounts being plagiarized improperly or are committed against the economic assets. To delve a little more, and in an explanatory way, and as a reference framed by the European Union (EU) it is that within 15 years, there will be 50 million devices connected to the internet network, against 10 million that currently exist, this, by virtue of "Hyperconnectivity". In addition to the above, and as actuarial data, many of the devices to be used will be much cheaper, which will influence the security of the devices. Situation, extremely serious, if it is taken into account; that current legislation is languid, with reference to the franking of the keys and password of the computers in question.
