In recent years, the Internet has been a tool that has allowed to place in convergence absolutely everything, what it involves to apply technologies in different scenarios, objects and situations; This has allowed to integrate and give solution of different problematics, which benefit both users like companies. There is the purpose to apply the concept of IoT (Internet of Things), to solve problematics that are presented in the local context; In this process that was addressed, it was built a prototypal model applied to a distributed
system, which allows to manage the times that are provided to users who have to share a concept of space and of media using a service or functionality; associating this as an objective, to improve the control of said users, and in turn to ease the work of the managers of said space to improve the service and the business; the example of application of this was done on a skating rink. For this achievement, it was designed a wireless device that was incorporated in each one of the helmets that must to bring the users of the scenario, which is integrated by a hearing device which reports that the time has been requested has finished and a lighting
device that notifies the supervisor or manager of said scenario (clue), to identify the users who have this condition. These helmets, are managed by means of a Web platform, since it allows the easy integration of the same, in addition for its usability, in which the can be taken advantage of presence of widgets , with which can be added functionalities, which implies more ease to adapt and operate; The above is thinking about the treatment of the end user. In this document will explain the design and development of the prototype, the impact on the time management of users on the skating rink with the use of the device created.
