They are composed of Mio Cable and Mio. This document describes how through the systems of Business Intelligence and the analysis of large volumes of data in the fields of mass public transport, efficiency in data management and analysis can be improved to make better decisions regarding the operation and service provision. The central focus of the work was to consult various academic articles on the aspects of implementation of a Business Intelligence system in the processes and activities of providing the mass transport service and how to improve their competitiveness to make better decisions through analytical reports, strategic and operational dashboards, designed to visualize and transmit the information to the directives of the entity and users that require it.
