Sistema experto como propuesta de mejora orientado al diagnóstico y reducción de problemas de software y hardware que se presenten en la Cooperativa de Loteros
Abstract
Generally, small businesses do not have a technology department that addresses software or hardware problems, causing loss of business continuity; since, having no internal technical support, it takes too long to solve or mitigate these failures. This article presents the implementation of an expert system for the diagnosis and reduction of software and hardware problems in the Cooperativa de Loteros. The use of the Systemap is intuitive and the proposed solutions are conceived from technical support at home to a business technical level. The Buchanan methodology was used to build the system, its phases are: problem selection, construction model, formalization and implementation. The proposed system contains knowledge, information and experiences of the provider that provides the technological devices to the company, to make the diagnostic process efficient and provide solutions. The expert system is integrated into the way small businesses operate, facilitating the identification of problems and the formulation of strategies to reduce the problems that arise, in addition to mitigating the costs associated with specialized external consultancies.
