Resumen
This is an evaluation of the health and working environment conditions of an
Occupational Health IPS in the city of Santiago de Cali for the year 2019.
The development was carried out by applying the tool of the First National Survey of
Health Conditions and Working Environment with which it was possible to identify
the demographic profile of the population under study as well as their perception of
the state of their health and the environment in which they work. The foregoing as
input for the decision making of the company's executives.
