Technology since 2000 has had greater growth promoting the development of the countries, in the field of health it has been evolving in order to favor the rehabilitation of people with limitations in this area. The unstoppable progress in the world of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) (1) has allowed technologies such as mobile applications (Apps) to contribute to the detection, diagnosis, treatment, evaluation and rehabilitation of patients. Therefore, the objective of this research is to determine the existing scientific evidence when implementing new technologies such as Apps in the rehabilitation of the language of people with aphasia, by means of a scope revision type quantitative approach, for this the eligibility criteria were: year of publication, language, type of study, diagnosis, Apps, type of documents and effectiveness of the use of the application; To collect the information, databases were searched via the web, selecting the sources of evidence. The data obtained was recorded in an Excel matrix. A total of 22 Apps were found in 13 documents between 2012 and 2018 in the databases, where the largest number of documents were found was in the country of the United States. It was concluded that there is little scientific evidence, according to the results obtained in this research, because the documents did not meet the eligibility criteria on the implementation of new technologies such as Apps in language rehabilitation in people with aphasia.
