User Satisfaction is an aspect that, in terms of evaluation of health services and quality of care, has gained importance the vision of users as a key element to improve the provision of health services. It is relevant to compare health programs, evaluate the quality of services, identify those aspects of services that need change to improve satisfaction and assist social organizations in identifying consumers with poor service acceptability. In this study we analyzed the results obtained in a group of patients of various ages evaluated at the University Hospital San José, through a survey, between last trimester 2019. The objective of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the care provided, in the area of gynecology, Hospital Universitario San José de Popayán - Cauca during the last trimester 2019. As for the results, in the three areas of study: emergencies, hospitalization, and diagnostic and treatment auxiliaries, the domain with the highest percentage of approval was the Safety Dimension. Likewise, the users of these areas agreed in classifying as bad or very bad the domain of tangible elements, understanding that they are not satisfied with the physical conditions and cleanliness of the hospital.
