Evolución, seguimiento y control de la hormiga arriera, una vía compleja para la construcción de los protocolos de una política pública para el manejo, prevención e inactividad
Resumen
The construction of the protocols of a public policy for the management, prevention and inactivity of the ants, is one of the best options of environmental sustainability, because it offers sustainable answers and perspectives that allow from the permanent practice in the individual and collective actions within the territories of effective form to generate social solutions from the institutionality. The starting point is a recognition of a concept of sustainability that is based on the recognition of the limits and potentials of nature, as well as environmental complexity, inspired by a new understanding of the world to face the challenges of humanity in the third millennium, with a proposal like that of the Masters of Water. This concept of sustainability strategically promotes a new nature-culture alliance, which is reoriented from the scientific and practical discoveries that are the potential of science and technology of both the Universidad del Valle and the DAGMA, because they are the ones that allow us to build the protocols of monitoring, control, management, prevention and inactivity of the army ant, as the structuring pillars of a new environmental political culture, as foundational spaces of what is an ethics of sustainability -in values, beliefs, feelings and knowledge-, that renew the existential senses, the worlds of life and the ways of inhabiting the planet Earth and above all our territory, as part of a set of principles and of a very deep ecological conscience that should serve as criteria to orient the actions of governments, the district, national and international environmental institutions and the citizenship.
