Reconciliation is a mechanism that operates both in its judicial and prejudicial form, which has not been easily embedded in the mentality of both the general population and public servants; possibly due to the false belief that, in order to obtain reparation by the State in the face of a violation of a right, long and cumbersome administrative procedures are necessary that could be avoided if this mechanism of conflict of interests were made effective, giving a greater dynamic to the processes repressed in the contentious administrative jurisdiction.
